• If your child will turn five years old between September 2, 2024, through June 2, 2025, they are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten (TK)
• Legal Birth Certificate Required
• Evidence of Immunization (yellow immunization book) and Well Health Care Exam (CHDP)
• Proof of Residence (Copy of PG&E bill or rent receipt)
